Planning advice has been provided for Unilever in connection with the redevelopment of their Leadership Development Centre in Kingston Upon Thames. The site is home to a Grade II Listed Manor House, within a Conservation Area, includes an area TPO, and is home to protected species. So, plenty of constraints, but Andy has been successful in achieving the necessary Planning and Listed Building Consents for extensions to the main house, several outbuildings and entrance gates.
Applications will shortly be submitted in connection with proposed Solar Panels, Ground Source Heat Pump and Air Source Heat Pump, all intended to help ensure Four Acres is a truly sustainable site which remains at the forefront of Leadership Development.
